Marketing and Communications specialist with extensive experience in advertising and communications, and more recently in digital marketing and lead generation.
Having gained degrees in psychology and marketing, I started my career 19 years ago. I’ve worked in market research, brand consultancy and predominantly advertising, helping organisations understand how to connect with customers, and then use this insight to create strong brands and highly impactful marketing campaigns.
I’ve helped businesses solve marketing problems and grow their customer base across several industries including Procter and Gamble, Churchill Insurance, BMW, Stella Artois, ANZ/ National Bank, IRD, Air New Zealand, and Teach NZ. Most recently, I have been working as Marketing Director for UK IT Careers – an online company specialising in international recruitment.
My role has been to generate leads using digital marketing to find high calibre (and often hard to reach) IT professionals living overseas and to sell the benefits of UK IT Career’s services for finding work in the UK.
My areas of expertise are:

- Digital marketing including PPC set up & optimisation, and social media marketing
- Determining the best ways to improve customer experience
